Each of our Human Resource Administrators have attained at least a BS Degree  in their respective industry. The supporting Recruiters and Staffing Administrators offer over 50 years of combined Human Resources staffing experience. The result is a professional staff capable of locating, identifying, and evaluating the highest caliber of applicants in today's knowledge-based market place.

Critical to every professional search is a thorough understanding of the client's overall business model, organization, markets, corporate culture, and goals. Our experienced Administrators thoroughly review these areas with each client prior to implementing any search. Once these basics are fully understood, a search plan is developed and reviewed with the customer, to formulate idealistic position specifications. The result of these efforts is a targeted search focused on the tasks, scope, and objectives of the opportunity.

It is only after completing these essential steps that our Recruiters and Researchers begin their examination of candidates to be contacted and screened. We have provided our staff with all of the modern recruiting and research tools required to locate passive candidates that otherwise might not be considering a change in employment venue. Once our staff has located potential candidates, each is fully evaluated through personal interviews, references, and background checks. A complete assessment report is included with the credentials of each applicant that is ultimately submitted.
